Steven DeWitt

Steven's passion for design guides the work of Steven DeWitt Architecture & Construction. He is involved in every step of the project and excels at leading talented craftsmen towards creations that are in the best interest of the client. Steven's artistry is displayed in a broad portfolio of work including Modern Contemporary, English Country and Tuscan style homes. He is an expert in custom designs and has been building his projects since 1981 throughout Colorado.  

 

Steven earned his Master of Architecture degree in 1977 and his Bachelor of En​​vironmental Design degree in 1975 from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He has been a licensed architect in Colorado since 1981 and holds an International Code Council (ICC) Class C Residential Contractor License in Denver, Longmont, & Louisville Colorado, and in Boulder County, Colorado.

He designs each home, builds it as a general contractor, and provides daily supervision on site as a construction supervisor for each phase of the project. The majority of projects on this website were designed and built by Steven DeWitt, however some were designed by him and built by others or designed by others and built by him.
